On Monday the Royal Mint announced they had made a blunder and released ‘a small number’ of 20 pence coins without a date… The small number turned out to be beteween 50,000 & 200,000.. A collector interviewed by the BBC said the coins were worth around £50 each… but if you check Ebay you will see this is a slight underestimate with the coins currently going for silly amounts.. Like this Top Price for 20p on Ebay
Needless to say I checked everywhere without any luck… even resorting to the no go areas (down the side of the sofa, Traceys purse…etc) ………… now off to try and get a job in one of the amusement arcades on Great Yarmouth Seafront!!
