Yesterday evening I went to one of the worst car boot sales I have ever been to….
I was quite disappointed as I had made a special trip and honestly the stuff was rubbish… Just as I was leaving I stumbled upon these, so the trip wasnt completely wasted.
We love childrens book illustrations and these two beautiful books are falling apart so I will have no guilt in removing the pages and framing up some of the wonderful prints.
Love the wedding book! What a great find! This is the stuff I was brainwashed with as a child – where the sailor never goes back to sea leaving the doll with 6 screaming babies – love it! t.x
